Using the Service

This Service lets you submit requests to your healthcare provider and view their responses. By using it, you agree to these Terms.

You must be authorised by your healthcare provider to use the Service. If you’re acting on behalf of someone else (e.g. as a carer), you confirm you have the right to do so.

Medicus Health provides the software used by your healthcare provider. We do not provide healthcare.

Do not use this Service in an emergency. Call 999 or NHS 111 instead.
